These can include Deeds of Variation, Deeds of Surrender, Licences For Works, Licences To Occupy etc. Formal changes to a Lease and a Leasehold property should not be undertaken without proper documentation, if you want to avoid problems at a later date.

The Law requires certain procedures in regard to issuing various notices relating to the occupation of commercial property under a Lease. In particular you should ensure Leases are ended or renewed in accordance with the Landlord & Tenant Acts, to avoid costly issues arising.
