Simon Powell Commercial is a small, independent practice based in the picturesque market town of Tavistock, Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor and just north of Plymouth. Established in 1997, the company has grown steadily and is now looking to expand the team with an additional surveyor to support its professional and agency work.

The firm provides a wide range of commercial property consultancy and management services, advising clients from national organisations to small local businesses. While primarily operating in West Devon and North and East Cornwall, the company is able to cover the whole of the South West when required.
