Future Leadership Opportunity

The role

Ideally the successful candidate will be suitably experienced in a range of commercial property consultancy skills with probably ten or more years post qualification experience. You will be required to take on existing work and ideally have some of your own clients already. The short to medium term goal is for someone to take over the running of the business. However, if you see this as the place for you we are open to consider other candidates who could achieve the same end result.

Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • RICS membership is necessary.
  • A proven track record in advising on commercial property.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A desire to provide the best service possible to our clients
  • Ability to work on your own including good computer skills.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

We do not have a fixed candidate in mind. We would also consider a part time role in the short to medium term. Pay will be appropriate to the experience of the candidate and ideally some form of base salary and profit share is envisaged.

Holidays and other benefits are all up for discussion depending on the candidate but will be in line with the industry norm.
